A first glimpse of a new shoot by Jamie Rae Photography of my "Avalon" gown. Silver and gold cloqué bodice, clouds of oyster tulle over floating layers of silk organza and taffeta. It was the palest pink dawn and an icy east wind was racing up the river gorge. On a ghostly morning like this you could truly feel that you were walking in the footsteps of Lewis & Clark. Our crew was courageous and steadfast, and these lovely images of the "Avalon" and "Lewisia" gowns capture the moody magic of that early dawn.
