By purchasing an Elizabeth Dye gown, you are helping to support an independently owned, "Made in USA" design business based in Portland, Oregon.
Elizabeth Dye dresses are made to order, unless a dress is listed as "in stock." To place an order, just select your size and add the dress to your cart. Please consult the size chart to determine your size. Order timeframe is 14 weeks unless otherwise mentioned. Feel free to inquire about a rush order if you are on a short timeline. Rush fees are as follows:
10 weeks: additional $100
9 weeks: additional $150
8 weeks: additional $200
7 weeks: additional $250
6 weeks: additional $300
Sizing
Elizabeth Dye dresses are made to standard sizes 0 - 12. The sizes on the chart below reflect the body measurements recommended for each size, not the measurements of the dress itself. Whenever possible, have your measurements taken professionally. Choose the larger size if you fall between sizes. Since dresses are made to standard sizes and not your individual body measurements, some alterations are to be expected.

Plus sizing is available for several dress styles for an additional charge. If you fall outside the size chart, just inquire with your request--I'd be happy to discuss the available options.
Shipping
Dresses are shipped weekly by either FedEx or UPS--your tracking number will be emailed to you once your dress has been prepared for shipment. Please note on your order if you would like express shipping, insurance or signature confirmation. An additional cost may apply.
IMPORTANT: if your order is time-sensitive, please advise your wear date at the time of purchase to make express shipping arrangements for guaranteed on-time delivery.
INTERNATIONAL: Items shipped internationally go through customs, and sometimes can be delayed in customs in your destination country. Please factor this in to your timeframe at the time of purchase. Taxes and import duties may be incurred when placing an international order and may represent an additional cost to you. If you're concerned about additional costs that may be incurred in customs, contact your country's customs office or consult their website for detailed information, since policies vary depending on where you live.
Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of order. Shipping is calculated separately.
Refunds and Exchanges
Since Elizabeth Dye dresses are made one at a time and made to order, it is not possible to accept returns or exchanges. Every effort has been made to picture and describe items accurately. Please inquire with any questions and concerns prior to purchase.
Swatch requests
If you have ordered a dress and would like swatches of your fabrics, email me your request. I am happy to send these to you as a courtesy.
